Looks like chromes Steel rod--.250 diameter--  has 3  Buffer pads sections-- about .650 diameter  with calipers in the middle--
Handle tip on the End-with ring-- Comes apart-- and has the Interchangeable Brass Brush on the other Cleaning end-- with another .700 diameter buffer pad on end of brass Brush--- Unique style Shotgun Cleaning rod----
25-3/4" length of Center section----4-1/4" long Brass Brush and buffer---4-5/8" long End Handle-Ring---Total assembled length--33-1/2" long
