Figurine of a Circus Seal on wheels on red /yellow starred pedestal is balancing a ball on its nose  A teddy bear sits by his side.  Figurine is in very good condition.  Measures about 3 1/4 inches high by 2 1/4 inches wide.
Original Box is included. It is has some minor edge wear, little bit of scuffing and a small surface paper piece is missing on the top.
A certificate of adoption and registration form is included in a plastic bag inside the box (picture not included).  The registration form is crumpled/bent.
Item is “pre-owned”. Every attempt was made to note unusual/obvious wear; overall wear from age/use may exist.
