Ingredients
Onions, Chili Powder, Curry Powder, Sea Salt, Garlic, Pepper, Lemon Grass, Ginger, Tomato, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Green Chili, Turmeric, Clove, Curry Leaves, Pandanus Leaves.
*  May Contain traces of nuts.
How to use…
Marinate 1kg of chicken with the mix for a hot curry or use 80g of mix for a medium curry and set aside for 10 minutes.
Reseal pack with the balance mix and store.
Heat pan, add 10ml oil, add the marinated chicken and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add 1
1/2 cups water.
Cook for 10 minutes in high heat.
Add 1 cup coconut milk or milk and cook for 10 minutes or until done.
