vintage issue, October '79 ELLEN HOLLEY. Plus cool article on the Pirates, who would go on to win the World Series that year.
This magazine has water/moisture damage to rear of book and other signs of wear. Still acceptable and good to read.
Will make for a very good night of reading with a glass of wine or so.  In my opinion reading old Ebony magazines is not mere reading..... but a cool EXPERIENCE altogether!
Come see how African American  professional athletes USED to conduct themselves back in the days when during family picnics African Americans would most likely be playing a pick up game of baseball.
Rap did not exist yet .....and you can see the recruitment ads showing how the military was very good to minorities........
......and all those that heeded the call of duty back then are nicely retired now...and probably standing aghast at what has happened to the black community!
